Vineyard Churches in the UK and Ireland (VCUKI) have established a pathway for people interested in deepening their faith through the study of theology and for those wanting to grow in leadership. (link to pathway)

At Hope Vineyard, we periodically run Vineyard Leadership Essentials which is the entry level course for anyone wanting to explore and grow in their leadership within a church context.

is a series of filmed modules which people can access in their own time, and meet up in groups to discuss. For those wanting to develop their understanding of the Bible further VCUKI is partnered with ‘WTC’, an accredited theological training college, which offers part time courses accessible to people from various educational backgrounds.

For those who feel a call to vocational leadership in the church, whether that be pastoral ministry, church planting, youth ministry etc we’d highly recommend Vineyard College, a year long part time training programme and partnership between local Vineyard churches and the wider movement.
